Is accenture considered big 4?

Accenture is great for technology and programming skills. Big 4 is more for Excel and PowerPoint skills. I use the big 4 to compare because I think they are the companies most similar to Accenture in terms of their target market and the types of work they do in the consulting business (I could be wrong).
