As a technical consultant, you have the privilege of having a certain amount of highly secure information. It's of the utmost importance that you stay private and secure.

If you are under the impression that one of your technical consultants is breaching security, you should take action. However, don't fire someone just because of a hunch; you need to make sure you can back up your suspicions with evidence. Violating security is a reason for automatic dismissal. If these comments are ignored, even after the problem has been fixed several times, action needs to be taken.

Your consultant is unable or unwilling to comply with what has been asked of you. Either way, they can't do their jobs properly and it's no use having someone like that around. It just adds more work for everyone else.
